Removing boot?

Anyone share some info on how to do it?

Ive searched on here and the only bit I found was that you drop the headlining at the back a bit and undo the bolts.

Anything else that needs doing?

Where do the electrics disconnect?

when i changed my boot lid, i couldnt find anywhere to disconect them,
on a ph1, theres 2 tabs in the headlining (may have to take hte middle seatbelt out too)

pull it down abit and you'll find 2 bolts,

theses are all that hold it down,
id take the boot lifters off too,

note, its not a one person job id say lol

Yeah knew about the lifters too, just couldn't see any other bolts other than the hinge things.

Will get bro to stand and hold it then cheers.

Boots are quite heavy, as i found out while undoing one on my own and it landing on my head! lol! Think the connection to disconnect it is under the headlining?

I've never been able to find the place to disconnect the wiring

O wait I have seen it at the top of the C-Pillar i think

Ill remove the headlining completely in my other one then and find out.

i cut through mine,
at the time it seemed like a good idea,
regretting it now i plan on puttin the standard boot lid back on
