Removing Break Foot pedal



  Clio 1.4 16v Dymanique
How do you remove the break pedal? Theres a long bolt that holds the clutch pedal and the break pedal on, and then on the break pedal, just below is the linkage for the break, pushes on this diaphragm like thing.

Looks like its pot riveted on, is there a way to get this out and replace with a new one or something?

brake pedal... any ideas tho how to remove that bar, or what ever it is?
