Removing Bump Strips

Still on the issue of colour coding, Im just curious to know if anyone knows how they are removed... door handles are probably simple enough but side stripts and the front and rear plastic on a 03 3 door Dynamique... any ideas guys?

All help appriciated...

on by clips i think mate, try sliding the panel from front to back motion (thats how mk1 strips used to be on)

not sure about the bumper bits but will try it myself when i get a mo

not a major problem I dont think, I reckon the guy at the body shop will know how it comes off when he primes and paints them etc... Having it done next Thursday all being well... All ready for my Arsenal road trip to Brum on Saturday
