Removing Camera Data From A Photo?

Hi guys.
I have a photo which for one reason or another needs the camera information removing from it (i.e. when you view it in piccture viewer/photoshop etc it tells you the camera make/model, date, time, whether th flash fired etc etc).

Does anyone know a way of removing this data from the file?

Photoshop - Choose Save for web, the resulting file has the data stripped from it. The fact it does it actually annoys me, but will do what you want it to.
