Removing CD Changer Lead...

What's the easiest way to go about this?? Took the changer out ages ago and someone wants to buy the lead so just wondering if it's easy or not??

Dash top off. It winds around it for some crazy reason.

As said it needs the dash top off to get at it, and it runs to the right hand side of the dash, and down under the carpet. It's easy enough don't worry

I just pulled the wire under the carpet and it came straight out?
Obviously it wasn't connected as I had an aftermarket stereo.
