Removing dash loom

Can anyone give me help on removing the dash loom from the car. More specifically from the bulkhead where the wires go through to the engine bay. I'm guessing your have to remove the arch liner, but before I waste my time jacking the car up etc I wonder if anyone could help?

Ok so it's not the liner, anyone know??

The dash loom goes through the bulk head behind the scuttle panel on the passenger side.

So it's the scuttle off then I can access the bolt holding it in place or is it the wing off too?

No need to remove wing. Remove wiper arms and remove scuttle and it's a 10 or 13mm bolt holding the connector together.
