removing door bump strips

  1.2 16v
i have a 1.2 dynamique and wish to remoove the door bump strips so they can be colour coded. how are they remooved? cheers

Open the doors. Hit the bump strips on the doors outwards and the bump strips on the quarter panels towards the front of the car.
