Removing door panel - how exactly?

Are the door panels glued on?

The centre locking on one of the doors is screwed and am guessing needs a replacement motor. How easy is it to remove and fit one?

remove the handle. and the torx 20 i think should be three at the bottom of the door. remove the handle with u close the door with as well the window buttons pull out with s screw driver from the fron of it and then jush pull the door trim off it is cliped on and got a stick glue type thing on it . u re- use it .. u will probs find water in the main motor t little black box by the boor try clean the conections
