removing drivers seat 182

how difficult is it to remove?

im mounting an audio conttrol sound processor under the seat and acess is a bit difficult.

how many bolts is it?

Take off the plastic covers at each side of the seat then its four bolts to undo the seat and out it pops, I think its best to disconnect the battery before you do and unplug the connections when you take the seat out as it may bring on the 'serv' and airbag light although im not 100% sure you need to.

Do the plastic covers just pop off or are they screwed on?

They have small screws on them, hex I think but don't quote me, one on each at the back.

the plastic covers underneath just pop off.
