removing front and rear bumper strips

i have a 1.4 16v and want to colour code them but i don't know how to remove them to paint(i can get door strips off easy enough lol) any help will be great thanks alot

Erm the front bits you just got to pull them off, thats how we removed mine. The rear there is two screws/bolts to undo then just rip it off, didn't need to remove front or rear bumpers
