Removing Front Grill

Basically some numpty has driven in to my car and not told me. the renault diamond has been pushed back into the bumper, theres a few scratches and a crack around the diamond. The only way I can think of getting the diamond out is removing the grill and pushing it out.
How do I get the grill off?

the diamond can be removed buy pulling it.the Grill is only clipped to the Front bumper mate.

I cant pull it fowards because its gone back at an angle and the top has been pushed back passed the plate it sits on.

Hummm, im not to sure then, Maybe tap it out or cut the backing? not sure, or remove front bumper.
