REMOVING gear knob for Clio 182!!!

I know a million people have asked this and I have read the reviews.

BUT..... Do I just use mole grips and bit force? No removing screws etc??

I have a new Richbrook for it. Anyone done the same thing??

It's glued on isn't it?

Try heat gunning it then pull it off.
