removing indicator stalk

This is what im faced with, any ideas?
 
Do you think its the same as a 97 plate 1.2 Clio ?

If so.....

You will need a size T20 Torx screwdriver or socket bit to do this procedure

Remove these screws first

Then remove the SRS fuse for the airbag as you are working close by

Once you’ve exposed the stalk remove the screws from the highlighted positions.

Then remove the wring noting there the positions of the two bottom wires.

Take the ESP sensor off, make sure you dont move the steering or the sensor or it will end up being bin bait.

Then undo the 2 screws that hold in the stalk assembly.
 
Ouch this dosnt sound good, so undo the security screw things (5 sided with the pin in middle) pull the black shroud towards until enough room to get at the screws
 
quick question...is there a master spline for the steering wheel, like one big spline so the wheel can only go on one way, or, are they all identical?

The wheel can go on anyway, just have to place it on, go for a spin. Then if its out slightly remove and adjust as needed

Is the ESP sensor the unit seen in pics one and two? If so, how do I remove this correctly? As above, I'm swaping indicator stalk and there doesn't seem to be any info on this model of car.

Take the ESP sensor off, make sure you dont move the steering or the sensor or it will end up being bin bait.

Then undo the 2 screws that hold in the stalk assembly.
