removing mk3 rear bumper strips

I'd imagine it's the rear bumper off.

PM gally, he did BioHzrd's to remove them and flush them.

Unscrew the rear lights which are held in by 3 torx screws (maybe even 2), Pull the cluster out then look down through the gap, they just clip in so give the clips a squeeze and push them outwards.
