removing non sport rear bumper + adding sport bumper (ph2)

Is there a guide on here somewhere ? i would just have a look tommorrow when i come to change over but im really short of time so really wanted some preperation so i can get it done asap.

Don' think they're is, it's pretty obvious what bolts need to come out though, iirc.

2 bolts under each arch and either 2 or 4 along the bak of the bumper.
