Removing paint from nearside quarter panel trim

Someone kindly opened their door onto my nearside quarter panel trim and left some of their paint behind. What would you recommend to remove the paint? I have a few AG products such as SRP and bumper care. The trim is unpainted, standard black 'mottled' plastic.

Don't use SRP, or it will stain the plastic white. And Bumper Care would just cover it up (if anything) and not remove it. You're best bet is to try scrubbing with a small brush and some APC.
