Removing rear side windows (3dr)

Right I've got the front 2 hinges off, that was easy. But the rear mounting point on the glass won't come off.

It consists of a stud into a metal disc on the out side of the glass. The front 2 discs are fixed so you just unscrew the stud but the rear one just spins round.

I've manages to take the glass out by unbolting the other side of the window fastener but I need to remove the fastener from the glass and the bloody disc and std just keep spinning, how the hall can I grip it?

The other side is the same too.

thought they needed to professionally removed. cos they use special glue.

hes talking about windows that open with a catch and hinges, not bonded windows which you can still get out by yourself with some welding wire.

used mole grips in the end but scuffed em a bit as they are ally, just seeing if there was a knack to it that I didnt know. Thanks anyway guys.
