Removing rear view mirror

It's a mk2 ph2. How do you get it off. If I pull it down the screen it gives a bit but I don't want to pull too hard in case it breaks. Anyone know how to get it off properly?

thats it mate its horrible i just pulled till the frigger come off its harder getting it back on
