Removing/refitting front bumper

I've got fubar's guide so I know how to remove it. Question is, is it difficult to put back on without any help?

If youre a perfectionist like me and want to avoid any chance of minor scratches or anything I'd get a helping hand. The renault workshop manual says 2 people, however it's not essential.

Or get a towel and put in on the floor to avoid scratches

did mine today, was relatively easy job, although one side was very tight to get off. Felt like I was going to snap the bumper. All came off ok though.

Took mine off yesterday using Fubar's guide. Only hard part was having to jack up each side to get clearance to unscrew where the arch liner attaches to bottom of the bumper. Fitted a 307 splitter and bumpers now sat on my kitchen table.
