Removing seat airbag connector

I wish it was that simple, is it supposed to just pull out then? It has a red clip thing on it but no matter what I tried it wouldn't budge.

It is a well weird clip, I couldn't work it out.
I ended up lifting the red tab UP, but it snapped

You don't touch the red tab , there is a small black plastic tab stuck up on the black part push it and pull apart
