removing steering wheel

hi does anyone know what size torque bit is needed to remove the wheel off a phase 3 1.2 rl (non-airbag) would a allen key fit? it looks kinda big!

its not a torque or allen key its a nut!

Which i think was 22mm ill av to check in the mornin!

nah its a torque screw, it a big b*****d tho! i aint a clue where id get one that big, cheers anyway!
