Removing Upper Inlet

Bit of a bump... Going to be doing my spark plugs on my 172, so inlet is coming off...should I order a new gasket or not?! The car is on 107k now and while there is Renault service history I can't be sure if the gasket has ever been replaced. should I order one just to be safe or will it be fine? I'm aware this might be a how long is a piece of string question, I have had no experience with these gaskets so don't know what they are made of or how they hold up!

I'd order one. For the cost of them, it's well worth replacing the gasket (both the black one and the orange little one), although as Budgie said - they may be fine and not need replacing.

Nah, don't bother.

I've never replaced one and reckon I've taken an upper inlet off 200 times.

what orange one?! Not really taken the spanners to the Clio and this will be the first time I've had the inlet off... Thought there was just the one!

Black one is between the upper and lower inlet. Then there's an orange one between the upper inlet and the cam cover breather.
