Anyone give me any pointers? I've got the engine as low as it will go and I've undone the pulley but I just can't seem to get it the pulley out between the engine and wing. I've also taken the alternator and pas pump off.

I managed to wiggle it out in the end. What do you guys use to get the gasket off the block? its pretty well on there, and it says in the f4r manual not to scratch the surface.

Oh one last thing Fred, do you know the torque settings for the pulley bolts?. Can't seem to find them.

I f**king hate getting those gaskets off, aweful job. I've got a variety of long handled scrapers and blade holders and it's still crap to get to everything.

I managed to get some spray from a motor factors it was still a b**ch to do but it made it easier! Cars all built back up now and running sweet, after all the pissing about taking the pas pump off it turned out to be the water pump bearing making that horrible grinding noise, i'm glad its done now, sounds sweet again. I don't want to work on that clio again any time soon, everything is a pain to get to lol. I found even getting the aux belt down the side was a b**ch!. Hat off to you guys that do it on a daily basis lol
