I actually really like the Ren19 vents if they are sunk in properly and are actually located near the induction kit. I was thinking about one for my 172 (eventually) but it might look over the top with a roof vent too

Yeah I often thought about that, a 19 scoop (the small one not the big one) with a hose leading straight down to the induction. If youre serious about air intake maybe a NACA scoop would be better?
