Writing a letter of complaint to renault about my 182 failures repaired under warranty.
There are some good ones. Unfortunatly with the low wages paid by garages and the fact the techies who are good at there jobs don't interact with the people on the dash since usualy reception don't have a clue what there lying to customers about that customers get frustrated.Serious question.
Are there ANY good Renault main dealers in the UK ?
Why are they so bad ?
Is it the shame of working for a French company, or do they have so many customers they can afford to p=== people off ?
