Renault Alloys on Insurance

  Glacier White 197 Cup
Sorry if this has been asked before, but I have a mk 172 and sometimes put my turinins on. Should I tell my insurance this even though they are renault alloys. I bought them through a renault stealership. But i no there not the standard spec for this car.

Cheers Herdie172

yes. they wopuld class as them as aftermarket alloys as they are not an option for that car. You have declare them even as an optional extra these days

adding new wheels on a policy would prob only cost an extra 40 or 50 quid IMO - any more and the companies robbing you
