I was looking at getting something that is cheap on the insurance. I can get up to insurance category group 10 with a reasonable insurance price. Was looking for something with a bit of poke but also with all the usual spec. On my list, Clio 1.6 16v, Saxo VTR (standard if possible), Corsa 1.8 SRI, Fiesta MK6 1.6

Only problem is, I only got, the money that I get from my car + £300 for a car

seriosuly, if youve been quoted 150, id take it, and sell it before the paint flakes (assuming it would on such a cheap paint job lol)

to anyone serious in buying the car, the correct colour pannels will boost the value of the car by more than £150 so id go for it.

get a fiesta mk3.5 1.6 si! quality little cars and you can pick one up for £600! i put an rs1800 engine in mine and stripped it and it flew! beat my mates 1.8 sri corsa at the time

lol i didnt even notice the seats were that far down but yer i was fine just suspected spinel injurys hence why i got air lifted to hospital! was out the next day!

@Clio142 it's only so cheap because my dad is very good mates with the guy that does it Plus the guy owes my dad for stuff my dad has done to his car. Well as said before, if the car is only going to be worth like £500 there is no point spraying it. Reason being is that I have already spent probably over that on fixing it, buying new interior from a dynamique and putting that in to it.

@Tommy, sorry, I meant Mk6 ... Just can't get them cheap though, can't even get a mk5 cheap yet

they look identiacal as there zetec's! so yes lol!

i didnt declare mine, its not an obvious to look at conversion atal! the only way to look at it is if you use the standard air flow pipe which says zetec 130 on insted of zetec 90

The interior in your car isn't Dynamique interior :s Its standard Ph1 1.2 Grande interior

no mate its defo 1.2 phase 1 interior! i chucked mine down the skip when i replaced mine with 182 interior!

Had to get a new interior though because the seat adjustment handles were snapped off

EDIT: Okay thats mean, tbh you should run this car into the ground (whilst doing so save up for something better). Then when it becomes dead. Buy another car. You'll be laughing with all the money your saving atm by driving this say over a Saxo VTR or Fiesta 1.6

My handles snapped off to, trip to a scrappy, pocket some handles, bobs your uncle my seats were sorted for free

My seat handles break and I loose the plastic centers out of them too. I have many spare centers now thanks to scrap yards
