Renault Clio 1.2 - Front Bumper - Fog Light Caps?

Hi there,

Since my Clio has black caps on where the fog lights are meant to go, I want to know how to remove them? anyone know how?

Cheers, i jacked my car up and they simple pop out, just need to buy the fog lights now
