Renault Clio radiator fan

Hi there so picked up a 2006 Clio campus other week and have done a coolant flush today I started the car up after I refilled coolant and antifreeze and let it reach temperature it got to 4 bars on the dash but the fan didn’t kick in

when I unplug the coolant sensor near the thermostat the fan comes on full power
