Hello there I have been having some problems trying to get insurance quotes for the following vehicle - Renault Clio Campus Sl15 Dci 70 (Car Derived Van)
I don't know if I need van insurance with this or could just insure it with a normal policy, I have called insurance companies and they have said the registration plate comes up as a Renault Cilo Campus and that's all but I have been a bit worried if that would be correct or not ? Basically says campus 3 door hatch back.
If anyone has a clio car derived van or knows then please let me know.
I have noticed you can get some really nice clio vans for quite cheap but I know there is the commerical tax you need to pay which isn't too much so just wondered really if there is some catch and that I would need some specialist van insurance.
I wouldn't be using the vehicle for anything work related, it would make a nice car for me to use just as a econimical run-a-bout so it would be insured for SDP without commuting.
