Renault Clip System?

Just weighing up some options and it seems the Clip system could clear up a few things for me.

What is the clip system capable of?

Turning off the entire air bag system?
Turning off Abs?

RS Tuner do a clip system so it could be a worthwhile purchase if it will do the above and more.
