yea I see what you mean, Im also looking at the site now for you and all I can find is the online form thing, you dont wanna put it that about your sh*te local dealer for it to get send to them
I had some warranty work done on mine, and both faults have come back within a month of the visit, so not happy there, however I was pleased to get a call from what I guess was renault not the dealer, he was asking if I was happy with the work etc, I told him that the faults have not been sorted long-term and he was apologetic and I got the empression he was actually very disappointed. Anyway a few days after that call I got one from the dealer asking if they could help, so its good to see that they are chasing these things up making sure customers are happy.
