Whats the best process to paint this
should i ruff it up with some sandpaper first then primer paint laquer ?

or does it not need ruffing up or what ?

Definately rough it up first!
A lot in fact.... Get some 320 grit on it first, then get something a bit finer on it.
Then your primer, paint, lacquer etc....

Has there ever actually been a guide or anything for this ? I'm a bit r****d like when it comes to painting stuff etc.... done a seach but not really found anything... I want to do my badge black, or maybe just buy one and do that black in case I mess it up.

Spray things in a dust free room
