Renault Laguna problem

It will start and run but as soon as u press the throttle it cuts out and the warning light comes on on the dash

It starts fine it will tick over for hours but as soon as you touch the throttle it just cuts out and the engine management light comes on I have changed the diesel filter but it makes no difference we had it wired up to a computer and it showed a code but we don't know what the code means the code is DF052

What age
Engine
Mileage
When were the belts done and who by
If it's a diesel what fuel pressure is it showing
Any misfires
Any smoke

It is a 54plate diesel no misfires or smoke milage 135,000 belt and fuel pressure I don't know as it is a good friend of mines car
