We were talking about North West dealers the other week there were a few comments made about Northwich on this post

It is part of Lookers which own Altrincham and Stockport.

paddy, I took mine to Northwich and asked them to do a printout for me from a diagnostic check (as recommended). She then tells me that they dont do this for warranty work and that the work will be done at Altrincham anyway. When she said that, I almost soiled my pants cos I know the bother you have had with altrincham... I spent the whole of last night worrying about it and decided to go and pick my car up again rather than leave it sat on their customer carpark until my gearbox arrives (going to garage it). The woman then blatantly lies to me saying that they dont do the work at altrincham at all? WTF is this old bat on about?...

I wish I knew someone who worked for a local dealer who I could slip a few notes to in exchange for looking after my motor!
