Renault Problems... (Suprise Suprise)

alright guys and gals...

few problems with my little clio

when i turn right hard the front left wheel makes a wierd, wining rubbing noise and it only does it when i turn corners quiet fast...

Also (dont know if its anything major) when i reverse in the car there is white smoke that comes out the back but not when i go forward..:S

white smoke - possible headgasket? check for oil in the coolant - see if it burns water

noise might be a wheel bearing on it's way out.
