Renault really want to see cars at the minute....!

Nipped into Renault to pick up some rear discs for the Clio earlier.

Had a quick nosey around a 200, actually love it!
In white with black speedlines!

Anyways, got hassled as I walked out so thought I'd see what they would offer me in p/x for mine.

Offered me 6k, which I thought was VERY good! Against a 200 with Cup Chassis, White, Recaros and black speedlines, costing 18.5k, said they would knock 1.5k off too, so came out to 11k + my 182.

Still seems a hell of a lot of wonga!

Needless to say I'm not even tempted a little, mine is sold and I'm getting a DC2, but didnt let them know that, so I'll be going down for a test thrash over the weekend I reckon

I wouldn't have been too disappointed if I came to collect the 182 and it had "become" a 200. Go back and try again.

yes it is a bit pricey, but good px value for your car. if i was in the market for a new hot hatch, a ff 200 with cup packs would tick all the boxes for me.

In white it doesn't look too bad, had a look at a 200 Cup yesterday. For a glacier white 200, with cup pack, recaros: Sewards in Portsmouth wanted my R27 and 6 grand.

Just isn't worth the change.

That's what I think. I paid a couple of hundred under 14k for my brand new R27 back in October 2007 and that was with my May 05 plated 182 Cup traded in for £7800. Deals are to be had, but for the moment there's no amazing deals on the 200.

They do seem to be offering good px prices atm, no doubt to get sales.
