renault service price (again)

Got a quote off renault today for the cambelt/aux belt and water pump service at £686.05 thought that was reasonable?

Phone round them all for the best price mate..parks reno can be good at giving discount if you say you've been quoted 'such and such' elsewhere..

having just got my 172 I want to be safe rather than sorry as I've just knocked it above 48,000.. phoned renault for cam belt/aux belt change and they quoting 900+ (davis renault), and want 300 for a service.

what was quite interesting was I then asked for just the aux belt which they quoted me 300-400, and a local garage only want 50!

I am not sure what to do lol

Where do you live? Worth taking it to someone who actually knows what they are doing.

i think i can get it done cheaper else where but i thought that price wasnt too terrable considering its renault

renault on pollokshaws road that was inclusive of vat aswell
