I'm suprised there such a big difference in prices they come about the same for me at £1.3k at 23 with 3 yrs NCB and a claim.
It will depend on other things where its stored milage (this bumps my premium up hugly).
I'd go with the 172 personally and get 182 hubs and coilovers/ cup suspenion pack and apex springs.
