I looked at brentacre, ages 19-75

Aviva just did mine with my exhaust declared and my move to a worse insurance area for less than I was paying before with added breakdown, windscreen, personal and passenger injury cover and curtesy car. All came in at just over £670. With my NCB and where I live that's pretty good going in my book. Worth getting an online quote maybe.

Our minimum age is 21 and we specialise in the modified Cliosport models so we wont be able to help

You could try Chris Knott insurance as they cover 19 & 20 year olds on modified cars
