Renewed but no renewal pack

Hi,

Only a quick one, but i renewed my membership mid-december but my renewal pack hasn't hit my doorstep. I gave it a few weeks with crimbo but still nothing has arrived

Me too . Renewed on the 24th December and still awaiting me renewal pack :astonished:

The packs are sent out in batches. Can take up to 4 weeks or so.

I was just enquiring aucky, considering how long I have been lurking on this forum in the past the odd pack has gone amiss.
