Reno Service - The Farce Continues..

Took me Cup in for its 24k service. They wanted 190, but I told them the local dealer (who are so bad I will never go back to) would do it for 170 so they matched it.

Told me the handbrake needed adjusting and some new wiper blades which would total upto about 40 so I let em get on with it. Also told me that there was an oil leak from the gearbox, it needed a new seal and they would do it under warranty.

Picked it up and the bill and it was all wrong. No mention of the handbrake and they had tried to charge us over 30 quid for wiper blades! Grrrrrr.

Drove it home and theyve buggered the gear selection! It wont change down from 5th to 4th properly... Taking it back today and Im furious.

Why cant they fix anything properly first time???

I tell them NOT to wash or hoover my car........... they will only scratch it and use a dirty old hoover to go over my clean seats!

As above, I wouldnt get them to wash it because theyll only stick a dirty sponge and pressure washer over it.

I wouldnt worry about compensation mate, just tell them that you want these things put right free of charge or youll be going to their senior manager...

And try to be polite while doing it, youll get more out of them.

Arnold clark stirling broke my gear gator and snapped a clip on the top of my dash so it wouldnt sit flush. monkeys
