Repacking a yozza?

So i bought a used yozza the other day and I think the baffle inside the silencer is gone... anyone tried repacking them? anyone have a guide how to do it properly?

doesn't sound good, as far as i was aware the lifetime warranty is for the purchaser only

Only the race system is designed to be easily maintained.

doesn't sound good then.. I've seen some people on other forums just cutting a massive hole in the top of the silencer and then welded it back on, but that doesnt seem too professional

not sure tbh a guy was selling it on the bay and i won it, he didnt even know it was a yozza. the backbox is same as this one :http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?518587-Yozza-Exhaust-System&highlight=yozza+pictures the middle section is slightly different, I've got a small middle box on it.

i'll post some pics tomorrow.

It'll be the sport system then, either 2 inch or 2.5 inch exit. The centre sections are the same across the range.

it's 2.5 inch, will try to find any guides on the internet, maybe i'll get lucky!

Just speak to Fred! I'm sure he'll be able to repack it for you, even if it's not under warranty still.
