Replace Clio Boot Lid

Hi my Clio 2000 Reg has been bumped in the boot lid by a van that drove off.

I've brought a replacement boot lid, but dont know how to replace it with the orginal one!

From looking at the hindge of the orginal boot lid it looks like you have to either knock the pins out of the hindge or on the replacement boot lid that I've brought they have removed it from the Hindge. Which is under the roof lining.

Could someone please confirm which way you have to remove th boot lid and how to attach the new boot lid.

Or if there is another way of removing and replacing the boot lid please post your thoughts.

I'm open to Ideas!!!

Angle grind what exactly? Surely there is a earlier way of removing the boot lid than that?

drop the rear of the headliner down and it will reveal the 10/13mm nuts to remove the tailgate.
