Replacement Air Filters

I've just bought my clio 182 so new to this scene,

Does a replacement panel filter e.g k&n or pipercross make much difference to the noise. Or would a viper kit be the best option to get some grunt when am gunning it

Any one got tht stainless steel induction kit from k-tec fitted on their car...any comments?

A panel filter will do absolutely nothing to the sound of the engine. A introduction kit will.

ye the panel wont do anything for sound, you need an induction kit
