replacement camera

right heres my situation, i bought my d40 last year with the idea of taking great photos of my son but turns out im taking less photos than expected cause i need to cart it about all the time. therefore im looking for a highly portable camera, one that i can carry in my pocket unnoticable but will take excellent photos. dnt really have a budget as such as i will be selling my d40 and seen one just go for 250 on ebay. i liked the look of the sony t90 as its really small and got the hd video. my wee bro just bought one of the samsung wb500s and i really like the spec so something like this but more compact would be great
