replacement compact - £200?

after dropping my canon ixus 750 off the edge of Ben Nevis a few weeks back (honestly, i really did ), my insurance has given me £200 of vouchers for a new camera.

Initial thoughts are Canon Ixus 80.

Needs to be very small, but must have a viewfinder and take SD.
