Having received no joy from Renault Customer Services about replacing my worn seat bolster under the warranty. "Sorry sir that's normal wear and tear on a second hand car with 45000 miles on the clock". Total bunch of Tossers IMHO. I resorted to getting a replacement myself. £249.00 from a Renault Stealer or £350 fitted. I got even angrier and phoned RCS again to threaten them with Watchdog or Dom. Got treated with the usual b****cks of normal wear and tear. Have asked for a refund on my Warranty which they said was worthless. Glad they finnally admitted it. Anyway enough of my ranting. Bought a seat base from the Bay of plenty and now wondering if anyone has fitted one.
If so any thoughts on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
