Replacing gearbox leather cover

Hi guys,some of the hooks under my leather cover on my 182 gear lever have snapped and the cover wont click back in place,just wondering if anyone has had it replaced and how much it would be from somewhere like renault?

They are like a fiver from Renault for the faux leather cover and plastic bit at the bottom that clips in!

Only a fiver? i thought it wouldve cost an arm and a leg from a renualt dealer considering my belt replacement quote hehe..

No they are really cheap from the dealers. Do a search on here for the part number.

Yeah one of the bits that are strangely cheap, when I replaced mine they even had it in stock off the shelf so they must be used to people asking for ne wones...

Easy to replace too. You have to cut the old one off of the gearlever, and new one zip ties on, flips inside out, and clips in place.
