Replacing stock speakers **Help**

Own a 2002 Clio, am looking to buy a new pair of component speakers for the front and some coaxial'a for the rear.

My question is, when fitting the crossovers which existing wiring do I use to connect to the crossover? Or do I have completely the wrong idea, this is my first time fitting aftermarket speakers, also where would the wires run?

Any my help would be appreciated, Thanks.

I added new cable to back of the headunit ran this to crossover. From the crossover new wire to tweeters, and for the woofer I connected this back to the stock wiring, was too much effort to run new cable through the doors.
